Great read!
Great information. I especially liked the part that broke down the income and savings percentages. This book gave great outlines for those who want to be in control of their cash flow.
I decided to buy this book because I read it's about cash flow.
But there is nothing about cash flow in this very-very short reading. I've read it in 10-15 minutes.
If you like Kiyosaki - you will not find anything like that here.
If you study GAAP or MSFO - you also will not find anything like that here.
The author does not distinguish between the concepts of cash flow and financial position, mixing them.
It is much more like the paid advertising brochure. Strong marketing ploy.
I can't use the content of this book in my activities in any way.
It's not what you make but what you keep! Great analogies to answer common retirement questions that many pre-retires face.
